It's for sure one of the most interesting and organized museums I've visited in Africa. Plenty of information about the region starting from the ancient times until today. If you're in Livingstone, try not to miss it. The only downside is ventilation, which will hopefully get improved.

Good museum with a mixture of prehistoric, natural history, history of Zambia, and history of David Livingstone. Some parts quite dated (new natural history exhibits needed), and some parts need new lights. Livingstone and Zambian history exhibits very wordy; too easy to miss the main themes. Souvenir shop very nice with marked prices, which is nice if you wish to avoid the aggressive dealers and highly inflated prices at the Falls. Small restaurant just outside Museum.
