When I graduated high school my Dad and I decided to celebrate by traveling to Turkey so I could buy a carpet for my new dorm room. I travelled to Selcuk in order to see Ephesus and randomly discovered Black Sheet Carpets and Camal (the main carpet salesman) and was instantly enchanted! This place sells high quality and beautiful carpets made from Kurdish nomads all by hand! The carpet I purchased was never touched by a machine and you can tell! This store is a hidden treasure and a great place to buy a carpet :)
