Amazing food, amazing staff and amazing pools & night activities!! I wish I can have more off days to relax and chill and have fun here!! Side note: if you are a vegan or vegetarian, you’ll be amazed by the great options you will see there!!

Stayed there for a week customer service could be improved, very hard to communicate with lack of English-speaking, good for kids but no privacy in family room, thin sliding door between you and the kids, everything is expensive due to 5 star service, and they use Euro currency. It would be great if they could serve different menu daily rather than the ones but all in all I would say this was okay but not great. They have the space for small fun fair I think if they add that to there hotel then they would be competing with top hotels in Europe.
