Water is cold very close to green area humidity is very high sun is very dangerous you need to apply sun cream few time not really great place compared to egypt ir spain . Dont really recommend it

Beach? It is just gravel, not a grain of sand. I would have loved to dip my toes in the sea but no way. Not my cup of tea.

Parked in the new carpark along the front, lots of space and walked the whole length of marmaris, there was a kite festival so they were everywhere. Wandered back along the pazar area which has lots of little shops, lovely afternoon
