Getting from Pemuteran to Labuan Bajo by combination of taxi and flight takes about 5.5 hours. Other options: do a combination of taxi, ferry, and train. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 4th (Thu) to allow enough time to drive to Bajawa.
