Geneva — 3 nights

Capital of Peace

Geneva brings the world to one small city with a huge expat population and the highest number of international organizations in any one city.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Vieux-Carouge and Chapel of the Maccabees. There's much more to do: explore the activities along Lake Geneva, enjoy some diversion at Geneve-Plage, don't miss a visit to L'ancien arsenal, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Notre Dame Basilica.

Plan my Geneva trip by asking Inspirock to come up with tips and suggestions.

Amman, Jordan to Geneva is an approximately 8-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone difference moving from Eastern European Standard Time (EET) to Central European Standard Time (CET) is minus 1 hour. Traveling from Amman in August, expect Geneva to be a bit cooler, temps between 30°C and 16°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 15th (Tue) so you can go by car to Vevey.
