Arguably the most modern of Central American cities, Panama City boasts a shimmering skyline of glass skyscrapers.
Kick off your visit on the 15th (Wed): take a stroll through Cinta Costera, then get engrossed in the history at Museo del Canal Interoceanico de Panama, and then stop by Casco Viejo. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 16th (Thu): explore the ancient world of Panama La Vieja and then don't miss a visit to Panama Canal.

If you are flying in from Panama, the closest major aiports are Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport, Panamá Pacífico International Airport and Tocumen International Airport. Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica — 2 nights

The rainforest meets the sea at Manuel Antonio National Park, a small but scenic natural preserve on the west coast of Costa Rica.
Start off your visit on the 17th (Fri): stroll through Playa Biesanz, get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour, and then get outside with Outdoor Activities.
