Traveling by car from Davos to Pontresina takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. In January in Pontresina, expect temperatures between 1°C during the day and -7°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 20th (Fri) so you can drive to Lugano.

Traveling from Pontresina in January, expect Lugano to be somewhat warmer, temps between 9°C and -1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Sun) to allow enough time to travel to Saas-Fee.

Getting from Lugano to Saas-Fee by car takes about 4 hours. Cap off your sightseeing on the 23rd (Mon) early enough to go by car to Zermatt.
