You can do a combination of car and flight from Riga to Liepaja in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. July in Liepaja sees daily highs of 24°C and lows of 16°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 6th (Wed) to allow enough time to travel to Virginia Beach.
