Nendaz 4 Vallees, Nendaz

Nice enough resort. I'll be critical of 3 points though. Firstly the ski pass card is not refundable although they tell you it is. I tried to return my groups passes for the deposit money only to be told no. That's cheeky as everywhere else in the world is environmentally conscious these days. Fail! Second point is the lift infrastructure is old and dated. Our group felt uncomfortable and nervous in some of the very old gondolas and drag lifts. Last point is this resort is not Snowboarding friendly. Most other resorts around the world have bothered to make their spaces more accommodating to everyone, not just skiers. Too many drag lifts and to many routes that are narrow and are good for getting somewhere, but not so much fun. Overall I enjoyed my trip, but I'm rating according to my expectations of snowboarding all over the world. This is below standard.
