  • Great views from the top. Don’t forget to carry coins(5chf per person) or 10/20chf notes (there is a machine that could give u change of these notes) , but the machine could run out of coins, so best is to carry coins. You don’t want to hike this much and miss this view for lacking a change of 5chf 😊
  • Gem hidden in the woods. Very nice hike from the station and spectacular views at the top! Was impressed by the construction of this place as well by the fact that it looks completely empty. Very cool! It is a perfect place to shoot scary movies :) There is a machine for banknote change before the gates, but we found it only after we left the viewing platform. Look for a round-shape one-storey building in the territory of the Plein-ciel. Note that you have only one chance to get on top of Plein Ciel when the elevator arrives to pick you up, otherwise you will have to wait for the next tourist to enter the site or someone going down from the top.
