Not only are they doing a brilliant job protecting the marine ecosystem of Watamu but they are also educating us all on how we can contribute and play our own part. You get to see any rescued sea turtles up close and you learn so much about these amazing creatures and all the hard work that goes into Local Ocean’s By-Catch Rescue & Release Program. If your lucky, you may even be able to help with a release!
