Plenty room for improvement. But my children and I really enjoyed the petting zoo - we've been to plenty zoos and never got to experience that part.

I have a really good time at Jamaica zoo excellent customer service amazing petting session and I really enjoyed the walking tour with my tour guide Dontell I couldn't recommend him enough but I do think some of the staff need to present them self more properly
