Diamonds International was established over two decades ago.

What began as one store in St. Thomas has now blossomed into more than 125 locations. Diamonds International is now one of the largest jewelry retailers in the world. We have more locations in the Caribbean than any other fine jeweler, but our network stretches from the company's New York City headquarters into Mexico and as far as Alaska.

The founders of Diamonds International are both graduates of the Gemological Institute of America. They personally oversee every aspect of our daily operations, and source stones from the world's largest diamond mines, allowing us to offer beautiful jewelry — at the best possible value — directly to the public.

Throughout our history, we have distinguished ourselves by providing a comfortable shopping atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Whether enjoying a Caribbean vacation, or shopping at home in the United States, thousands of people look to us, and our sister stores — Diamond Creations™, Tanzanite International, Watches International, Just For Men, DI Watch & Design™, and our online store at DiamondsInternational.com — to provide them with luxury jewelry, elegant timepieces, and the finest gemstone products at an unsurpassed value.

We are proud to satisfy them.

  • WAY overcharged me for a Breitling watch...to the tune of $900 more than I could have purchased it for in the states. Ultimately, it's my responsibility to do the homework...I failed and it cost me. They may have made a little extra from me on one transaction, but they guaranteed I'll never buy another thing there again (including jewlery for my wife!). Not a very wise business move. I plan to travel to the Caribbean often now that my kids are of age...and I will never step foot in this place again. At any port.
  • I am just returning from a cruise & ended up purchasing some Crown of Lights studs which i did NOT need but was pressured into buying to get a "better deal" on what I did want, a tennis bracelet. We were in there several hours on a rainy day drinking beers and rum punch. The initial price quoted was insane, but as always it creeps down as the day goes on. The staff was nice, but the pressure I felt to buy something I did not need was uncomfortable! They were basically telling me that I would get the earrings for "free" with the initial price of the bracelet. They ended up promising me that screw backs would be put on my studs, as I told them I would NOT buy them without that feature, but it would have to be done in their Grand Cayman office as they did not have any in their store. They said they called GC & it would be done there while I was in port, sent me with a repair envelope & everything. When I got to Grand Cayman they knew NOTHING of a call & did not have any in stock to put on my already purchased studs! Returns are NOT accepted either! I felt scammed for $3000! Jameisha (manager) & Sherica thx for the fun, but for NOT FOLLOWING THRU on our agreement! SCAMMED to BUY! I feel taken advantage of as a traveler that they knew they would not see again! I now have no recourse or compensation for my purchase!!! BUYER BEWARE!
