Parco Grotta Cascata Varone
Experience the outdoors at Parco Grotta Cascata Varone, a park composed of gardens, caves, and even waterfalls. The gardens are a great place to relax and admire hundreds of plant species. You can also enter the caves, but be prepared to get wet as you have to walk through the spray of the waterfall. Head to the upper level of the waterfall for a great view and to see the rainbows created by the spray. Discover how to plan a Tenno trip in just a few steps with Inspirock's itinerary builder.

A nice place to spend an hour but to be honest, I was expecting something more impressive. The waterfall is beautiful but unfortunately you don't get to see it much as the cave is narrow and there are people coming in all the time. I agree with another reviewer, this is not a botanical garden, OK, there are some nice flowers but I don't think it qualifies as a botanical garden. There are 2 parking lots where you can park your car for a couple of hours for free, I don't think you need more than 2 hours to visit the place. The people at the ticket office were polite and helpful. The price of the ticket is OK, in my opinion a more fair price would be 5€.

The waterfall itself is impressive and very unique how it can bee seen inside of the grotto. Calling this place a botanical garden is a bit of a stretch but the grounds are well maintained and has some nice flowers and various flora on display. However the lack of parking and the sheer number of visitors really put a damper on the experience for us. We visited on a scorching summer day and we were pleasantly cooled off when inside the caves (mostly waiting in a long queue) to glimpse the waterfall.
