We requested our ride from Rome city to FCO Terminal 1 the night before our departure (10/27/2021). The request form online was very easy with two pre-paid payments methods, PayPal, Credit Card as well as cash option to the driver which we chose. The rate they charged, €48, is as very competitive comparing to the flat rate from Rome city to FCO with allwhite Italian taxies you are on the street is €49 and limousine service booking thru our hotel that we stay is €55. We decided on this as we don’t want to risk not being able to catch a taxi in the morning since we want to leave the hotel by 8:00 AM. We submitted the request by 6:53 pm and on the website it says they cannot guarantee availability if you submit your request past 7:00 pm. So after receiving the system generated confirmation email from them, I called anyways to make sure that it’s confirmed “confirmed”. After speaking with the agent over the phone; they sent another email manually to confirm my booking which gave me a price of mind that i much needed. The driver next morning arrived 30 mins earlier and he had informed our hotel concierge of his arrival! The ride was Mercedes E-class and was super smooth the whole way that took us only 35 mins to get to the airport. I would really recommend the Rome Airport Transportation service wit the ease of use of their booking and the communication.

Excellent service. Mercedes vehicles. Professional drivers. Why risk using a random Uber driver. This is a much better option. Great service
