We were staying just a few doors down from the shop that I met Carmela in. She was a very gracious person who let me browse the whole store with no sales pressure at all. All of the ceramic items there are very lovely and I purchased 6 items that she packaged & shipped back to the states for me. The packaged items arrived in perfect shape. She offered a sip of lemoncello & wonderful lemon drop candies while I shopped

I needed to reorder a beautiful plate that had broken and was given to me as a gift. I live in the US and called the store. Lucia could not have been more helpful and warm. The article arrived beautiful and in perfect condition-packaged carefully and safe. The transaction was easy and Lucia was wonderful to deal with.
