Cold lake and big lake, not many visitors like others in the valley. You can add extra 30 mom walk and go to the pass to have a wonderful panorama on mont blanc

I did a day hike from Courmayeur to this lake. The most important thing to know is that the climb to this lake is extremely difficult. But, once you get there, it is totally worth it. The views, vegetation and wild life there, and on the way there, are incredibly amazing. And the lake itself is so beautiful that it almost seems unreal. Highly Important: safety procedures must be taken - make sure to take a cell phone with you, and notify someone where you're going.
