Great city and town center to stay in. Lots a great night walking, shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend staying in Monopoli when visiting upper Salento area and other cities close to it...

Monopoli is one of the cities that I liked the most !! It is really very nice to go there if you are in the area. We found parking near the port and walked through the narrow streets of the historic center full of clubs and shops, stopping for an aperitif with a spectacular view of the sea.

Beautiful historic center to enjoy during the warm months, full of life, good food, colors and smells typical of Puglia and the sea, many views to discover and alleys to get lost in. Monopoli has so much to offer and is a little gem on the Apulian coast.
