  • Visited as part of a tour group. An enjoyable hour understanding more about how olive oil is made and what makes a good oil. A good selection of oils available for testing and trying out. A fun...

  • Recommended. This is an authentic olive oil mill in the center of a large city - I didn’t expect this! We were guided by the passionate owner Vincenzo who is fluent in multiple languages and knows how to captivate his audience. I’ve learned so much of olive oil and we enjoyed the tasting - together with the high-quality products we bought.
  • We visited this place after finding it on Google in the off season( Feb half term). It was an amazing drive from Lecce via a pit stop in Ostuni. Vincenzo responded to our emails and made sure we had safe parking. This is a family led place and Vincenzo is 4th generation. It was one of the best experiences of visiting Puglia. We tasted the 4 varieties and were schooled on the techniques. It didn't cost a penny. We also tasked some amazing grape reductions for use with food dressing. The cold press and other techniques were enlightening. Must take your kids here and let them enjoy the art of food from a young age. You can also buy some wine from the family farm. They deliver the oil to UK
