Most of the food products of the Valley are there: Lardo di Arnad, Prosciutto al Genepì, Cheeses and Wines. High quality, not properly cheep.

This review is not about the cured meat factory I know and respect but about a particular product that has changed for the worse in recent years; the boudin. The boudin was once soft and tasty now it feels like eating sawdust. I think the recipe has changed with too much beetroot and too little meat. I will not buy it again ... inedible.
