  • I liked the place. The jetty to get the boat was a bit hair raising. That’s one nasty rickety jetty. Dropped my scooter keys on the way out and had to get in and get them . Thankfully the water is warm. The government really needs to fix that jetty though. The boat ride is 300,000 no matter how many you put on the boat. We had two, next boat had 15 people at least, could have been more. The boats seem to be all owned by one family, they must be making some bucks. 4 or 5 boats just in the hour or so we were there. We got lucky, when we were there we were the only ones. The water is nice to swim in and it appears they’ve spent a lot of time with rocks making stairs so it’s easier to enter the cave. Entry to the cave is free. That’s what I like about these people. Fixed price, doesn’t matter if you’re a bule or local (except at the fish market) and unlike Bali. The cave was great to swim in, although I hear the sun shines right in the cave in the morning. That must look beautiful. We went in the afternoon, and the sunset from the cave jetty was epic. Enjoy the pics.
  • The cave was magical.. swimming in blue clear water among the stalactite.. recommend to visit during 1 - 3 p.m when the light was strong enough to enter the cave. wore rubber sandals to protect your feet from the sharp shards until youre ready to enter the pool, since its quite slippery
