Yaxha was a very nice archeological site. The pyramids and other structures are not as impressive as Tikal. None the less still it was a very nice Mayan city and worth visiting. It was not crowded on.... more

I can't believe this doesn't get as much attention as Tikal. It is absolutely beautiful. The temples go up so high and the views are even more beautiful. Well maintained, affordable, and kind employees.

Yaxhá is amazing! Surrounding by a dense jungle, there are more monkeys than people! The sunset here is the best!
