Salome gave us a tour and taught us A LOT about cacao. We got to make our own chocolate bars. They also sale ice cream which was tasty. They were able to set us up with the tour/class when we walked up but I recommend scheduling it before hand just to make sure.

There many of these around Guatemala with different names. It's worth a quick stop/ taste. The 1 hour chocolate making workshop - you can probably skip.
