  • This is one of the biggest clock shops I have been to. It’s just off the main road and is a great spot to stop and check out some of the local clocks. It’s got everything you could ever think you would need. Battery operated clocks to ones that need to be adjusted weekly or monthly. The staff are really friendly and even explained shipping and tax return processes.
  • Plenty of options for clocks that run the whole spectrum of styles, qualities, and prices. Yes, the place is a tourist trap, but if you are in the market for a Black Forest clock, you've already fallen for doing the touristy thing anyway. The location is beautiful and the building is decorated in a really fun manner. The staff were very pleasant and this was one of the few places in Germany that we weren't kicked out a few minutes prior to the advertised closing time. *Note for VAT* The staff at this store are familiar with the VAT forms issues to US citizens, but more importantly when we realized that we did not have any unused forms on us, they gave us the mailing address and a receipt to include with the form in the mail. It took a while to get the form back but it ended up working out for us. For that we are grateful.
