loved the clothes but was shocked by the sales person - I am a constant size S for as long as I can think, she proposed a size L to me and then pointed at her petite figure saying „look I am XS“ . So I have tried L and M and also S just to show her that only she utterly doesn’t have a trained eye for sizes and the fit of the clothes. My partner bought a nice shirt but as he understood Russian he overheard the sales person arguing with her colleague who very clearly told her she made a mistake about the wrong size. Honestly she made me 2 sizes fatter and then she told her colleague why should she have been lying to me??? Even if we wouldn’t have understood the language it was clear they were fighting in the presence of a client and that is a taboo - maybe do a proper customer service training next time and be professional.
