Take a guided tour to illuminate your visit with interesting information on colorful species, including red-eyed tree frogs, poison dart frogs, and a host of more obscure types endemic to Costa Rican wet forest. Watch for unusual-looking species, such as the wrinkly Mexican tree frog and the translucent glass frog. We thoroughly enjoyed Frogs Heaven. It's not actually a campground they provided us with a spot to set up our rooftop tent. Jose and his family are super nice. We had the most wonderful guide, a biologist named Patricia.

Great tour with a great guide. Very well recommended. He was knowledgeable and showed us all sorts of frogs, bats and snakes. It is worth the price and the experience. We even had starfruit juice for the first time!
