We went there on a Tuesday, arrived at 9:30 am. There is a paid parking that one can use and we decided to do so, it’s 1000 colones per hour. There were so many Ticos already there and more arriving..... more

Right next to Punta Leona Beach Club. The water is quite calm, pretty much like a pool. I got the impression that it gets less crowded than its neighbor Playa Blanca. A positive experience.

Not that bad of a beach for November. Very chill and there are vendors for kayaking
