Reserva Conchal Golf Course, Brasilito

The access staff is absolutely the most unpleasant, unwelcoming and disrespectful people you can find anywhere in Costa Rica, or many countries by that matter. They act like like they are doing you a favour by letting you enter or even leave the place. A beautiful resort such as Reserva Conchal is shadowed by the people they have at the entrance gate. Your vacations will begin with a cold welcome at the access where the guards will treat you as bad as they like, usually not even saying good morning or good afternoon. They'll make you wait about 20 minutes everytime you get there and will ask whatever they want as if they have the right to do so. You can choose to visit Reserva Conchal or go somewhere else where at least you won't ruin your stay by having to deal with this type of people everyday !.

Very nice resort and beach. Room was nicely appointed. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Adrian in particular was very helpful in assisting to resolve a room issue. Restaurants were good and we were pleased with our stay. Negative- The pools and the primary bar close at 6pm. Fortunately we aren't big drinkers wanting to hang at the pool at night but others I spoke with were upset there was so little to do after 6pm.
