We absolutely loved this hotel experience. The staff are wonderful! The food is great. Lots of trails to walk around. Best of all- the thermal river is an amazing experience. There is a natural trail (with some helpful guide railing) to access it and at the end there is 46/117 degree spring that feels amazing to soak in if you can handle the heat. My only advice would be to book an east bungalow - not a central king bungalow (unless you really enjoy dark, cave-like rooms, which I know some people appreciate). We did the central king, and while the scenery was lovely, it really was a bit dark and gloomy inside. The walls were all black and while I have good eyesight- I actually found it difficult to see and find our belongings. After seeing pics of the bright and sunny East rooms, we will go that route next time. Even with that said, the experience was exceptional and I can’t wait to return.

This place is an absolute gem. There's so much to do here--hiking (an included guided tour), biking, zip lining, dipping in the thermal rivers. Our bungalow was beautiful and comfortable with a perfect view of the rainforest. We went for a couples massage and the masseuse did amazing jobs. The food was delicious and the people here are extremely friendly and attentive. You can tell everything is carefully thought out and they are careful about attention to detail. Definitely recommend staying here. we will for sure be back!
