  • This whole area definitely has a college vibe. It's a neat place, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to be there.

  • Full of bars and restaurants with original lay out. little jewerly and chilean goods shops. Nice atmosphere.
  • It colourful with quite a number of options. I had a serious issue though with one of the places advertising happy hour drinks. I walked in telling the person who greeted me outside I want q cocktail. When I ordered, a rude waiter suddenly told me that I had to order food as well and when asked why they didnt tell me this from the start, he gave the typical shoulder shrug. Great service! In any case, there are other options too where I got helped. However, Ive eaten here a number of times now and I have to say that nearly all restaurants here charge high prices and dont really give anything great in return. It is a bit of a tourist trap.
