If I can give zero stars I would.... Worst ride Horrible captain ... Yelling at people for getting sea sick no compassion My mother of 50 years old got sea sick and the captain decided to yell and get angry for almost puking on boat ... Nothing is worse than seeing your mom on her knees sick and barely conscious and have a little captain yell and continue the ride for another hour like no one mattered Worst could've happened is that she got sick on board and it can be cleaned but people's well being isn't as important My mother in law 60 years old and dad 60 years old Had bruises and back injuries and were hurt for 6 weeks later.. they make you sign those wavers not out of formality but because you're actually very likely to get hurt One of the worst experiences of my life The trip started with the captain not knowing where to go .... And getting irritated when a passenger didn't point out where the whales were I spoke to their office later to complain ...their excuse was that the captain was having a bad day
