Must visit there on a sunny day, This is one of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever seen. Here the water gets warmer quicker than other parts of Cape Breton Island. You just have to walk but there are changing rooms and shower places but water will be cold so be careful.

Inverness Beach should be nicknamed the Beach of the Boardwalk. Fantastic views along the waterfront. Bordered by an immaculate golf course and marshlands on one side and a compellingly attractive beach on the other it is worth strolling. The beach is clean and quiet. Parking is plentiful. The sunset? Amazing. Stop here.
