At Central Cemetery (Zentralfriedhof), see how the city of music built monumental tombs for some of the world's best composers. Landscape architects Karl Jonas Mylius and Alfred Friedrich Bluntschli designed the cemetery in 1870. This final resting place for people of all religions spreads across 2.5 sq km (620 acres). Take a tour with an audio guide and check out the most interesting spots: honorary graves, a church, presidential crypt, Mozart cenotaph, War Memorial, and Park of Peace and Power. Take a car or a public "cemetery bus" line to see more spots, and visit the graves of famous composers Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms, and Strauss. Central Cemetery (Zentralfriedhof) reviews
save for a map to where the remembrance point for Mozart was located, no real overview. Due to an injured leg, I gave up. A cemetry with wild bushes and trees, not so special

Without a doubt this is the most beautiful cemetery I’ve ever visited, I would go as far as to say that Austrians are obsessed with with their deaths, the majority of the graves in this glorious cemetery have got a amazing tombstone. L
The only cemetery that lives. Very well-kept. Spending a day there is not much where we get lost in many types and forms of commemorating people - from simple obelisks to sophisticated modern sculptures. In particular, full of tolerance and that everyone is equal there. You don't have to look for evidence of that too long. The part devoted and the rest of the Soviet soldiers Is an excellent example of tolerance and equality. The best description of this place will be words of British Prime Minister William Evart Gladstone "Show me how a nation or community cares for its dead, and I will measure with mathematical exactness the tender sympathies of its people, their respect for the laws of the land, and their loyalty to high ideals."
