Flinders Chase National Park
Sanctuary to a number of species near extinction and home to the New Zealand fur seals, Flinders Chase National Park is composed of a group of protected areas at the western end of Kangaroo Island. The seal colony lives at the park's iconic Admiral's Arch, which is just one of a few geological phenomena found in this region. Remarkable Rocks, naturally sculpted formations precariously balanced atop a granite outcrop, allow you to climb under, over, and around them. They also provide an ideal natural backdrop for photographs. Watch your step here and don't let the kids run ahead, as the rocks rest on the edge of a lichen-covered cliff, which gets steep deceptively quickly. Spend the time to go to Flinders Chase National Park, and the walk to the Remarkable Rocks. They are truly a spectacular site. Easy access through the bush on the purpose built walkway

Visited this park recently as part of a small tour group. Had been here 35 years before and found it to be a wonderful experience once again. The sea lions, Remarkable Rocks, fur seals, Admiral's Arch and the coastal scenery were lovely to see again. Could recommend that you visit this park on any visit you make to KI. You will not be disappointed!

Stunning! What an amazing site. Huge rock formations from years and years ago. Only negative would be that there's no actual rope or fence to stop you from going to the prohibited area, yes there's a map with markings but doesn't really help. Definitely a must visit.
