Create an itinerary including Cerro El Centinela
True to its name, Cerro El Centinela keeps watch over the plains below. Literally "Sentinel Hill" in English, the distinctive rock formation, consisting of a large rock balanced precariously on another below it, has attracted generations of Argentinean visitors. The top rock moves back and forth slowly over several hours, so if you leave something next to the point where the stones meet, you'll probably come back to find it crushed hours later. The park surrounding the rock formation offers several enjoyable, not-too-difficult hiking trails. • One of the main attractions from Tandil. Lots of outdoor activities and places are good to take a walk with your dog. Have to be a little careful with some of the stone paths since might not be completely comfortable for the dog paws. And thee are some cliffs also so I recommend to have your dog tight all the time. There is also a cable car that takes you to the upper part however pets are not allowed there
  • Cool place to take pictures of the Centinela and the view. Also there's unique food to try.
