  • The product is amazing, two years ago I even drove more than 240km just to have another hazelnut eclaire. But service still needs to improve a lot.

  • The place was really cozy, a must in Bariloche. The Rapanui cake was excellent (80% cacao), as the Nucciola coffee. Unfortunately, the Rapanui coffe wasn’t so good, it doesn’t taste like coffe at...

  • Very tasty chocolates, somewhat it feels like this place has gotten famous through good craftsmanship but now this feel has been diluted y the expansion. Now the place feels like a money machine for tourists. Still worth the taste though!
  • I enjoyed the products they sell quite a lot. Everything looks interesting and appealing. I was happy they had so many vegan options. The ice cream is delicious. The bathrooms are fairly good and there is WiFi available. I was disappointed about the fact that I made quite a big purchase but they did not give me an eco friendly bag as a complementary gift like in the shop next door. On the contrary I had to pay for it. Overall the experience was great. Even though the place is awesome, I might not be coming back. Once is enough for me. I highly recommend this place, though. It is quite amazing.
