The product is amazing, two years ago I even drove more than 240km just to have another hazelnut eclaire. But service still needs to improve a lot.

The place was really cozy, a must in Bariloche. The Rapanui cake was excellent (80% cacao), as the Nucciola coffee. Unfortunately, the Rapanui coffe wasn’t so good, it doesn’t taste like coffe at...

Very tasty chocolates, somewhat it feels like this place has gotten famous through good craftsmanship but now this feel has been diluted y the expansion. Now the place feels like a money machine for tourists. Still worth the taste though!

I enjoyed the products they sell quite a lot. Everything looks interesting and appealing. I was happy they had so many vegan options. The ice cream is delicious. The bathrooms are fairly good and there is WiFi available. I was disappointed about the fact that I made quite a big purchase but they did not give me an eco friendly bag as a complementary gift like in the shop next door. On the contrary I had to pay for it. Overall the experience was great. Even though the place is awesome, I might not be coming back. Once is enough for me. I highly recommend this place, though. It is quite amazing.
