Mir is a town in Kareličy raion, Hrodna Voblast, Belarus on the banks of Miranka River, about 85 kilometers southwest of the national capital, Minsk.Prior to 1939 the town was in Poland.HistoryMir village was founded sometime prior to 1345. Start off your visit on the 22nd (Mon): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Church of St. John The Baptist, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Corpus Christi Church in Nesvizh, then step into the grandiose world of Nesvizh Castle, and finally make a trip to City Hall in Nesvizh. On the next day, take in the spiritual surroundings of Holy Trinity Church and then step into the grandiose world of Mir Castle.
