Start off your visit on the 19th (Fri): take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Peter's Abbey (Stift St. Peter), get great views at Fortress Hohensalzburg Castle, make a trip to Salzburger Altstadt, then admire the landmark architecture of Salzburg Cathedral, and finally take in nature's colorful creations at Mirabell Palace. Keep things going the next day: make a trip to Mozartplatz, explore the galleries of Mozart Residence (Mozart Wohnhaus), take an in-depth tour of Mozarts Geburtshaus, then explore the historical opulence of Schloss Hellbrunn, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Franziskanerkirche.
