The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
Visit Charlottenburg Palace and Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz for their historical value. Pergamonmuseum and Feuerwehrmuseum Berlin are good opportunities to explore the local culture. There's lots more to do: see the interesting displays at Neues Museum, get outside with Strandbad Tegeler See, get a sense of history and politics at Reichstag Building, and get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Zoo Berlin.
