Although its luxury shops, nightlife, casinos, and high-end restaurants give Cannes a feeling of exclusivity, this classic French Riviera city has alternatives to suit every budget.
Head to Rue d'Antibes and Centre d'Art du Verre PIERINIfor plenty of shopping. Popular historic sites such as Lérins Islands and Chateau de la Napoule / Musee Henry-Clews are in your itinerary. Take a break from Cannes with a short trip to Musee d'Art Moderne Et d'Art Contemporain in Nice, about 48 minutes away. There's still lots to do: explore the world behind art at Musee Picasso, visit a coastal fixture at Garoupe Lighthouse (Phare de la Garoupe), see the interesting displays at Les Jardins du MIP, and stroll through Juan les Pins Main Beach.

Best known for its celebrated terraced gardens, Ravello is a hidden gem of Italy's Amalfi Coast.
Head to Ceramiche d'Arte Carmela and Ceramiche D'Arte Pascalfor some retail therapy. Duomo di Sant'Andrea and Duomo di Ravello will appeal to history buffs. Step out of Ravello to go to Positano and see Boat Tours & Water Sports, which is approximately 42 minutes away.
