Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Thu): don't miss a visit to Terrasse de l'Ouest, then make a trip to Mont Saint-Michel, then make a trip to Porte du Boulevard, and finally make a trip to La Grande Rue. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 3rd (Fri): identify plant and animal life at Mont Saint-Michel Bay, soar above the sights with Bretagne Montgolfieres, take some stellar pictures from Cabane Vauban, then get a dose of the wild on L'Aigrette, Pauses Natures en baie, and finally indulge your thirst for a good beer at L'Ecume des Falaises.

Most travelers take a trip to Bayeux to see the famed tapestry depicting the legendary Norman Conquest from the 11th century.
Get out of town with these interesting Bayeux side-trips: Pegasus Memorial (in Ranville), Eglise Saint-Come-et-Saint-Damien d'Angoville-au-Plain (in Angoville-Au-Plain) and Airborne Museum (in Sainte-Mere-Eglise). There's lots more to do: explore the world behind art at Musee de la Tapisserie de Bayeux, see the interesting displays at Musee du debarquement, steep yourself in history at Pointe du Hoc, and admire the striking features of Cathedrale Notre-Dame.

Honfleur is a town surrounding a beautiful little 17th-century harbor in Lower Normandy.
Venture out of the city with trips to Jardin Botanique de Vauville (in Vauville) and Etretat (Chemin des Douaniers, Falaises d'Etretat, &more). The adventure continues: don't miss a visit to Vieux Bassin, test your team's savvy at Le Hangar a Enigmes, get great views at Panorama Mont-Joli, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Saint Catherine's Catholic Church.

You can drive from Bayeux to Honfleur in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and bus. June in Honfleur sees daily highs of 67°F and lows of 52°F at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Fri) to allow enough time to drive to Rouen.

Get out of town with these interesting Rouen side-trips: Eglise Saint-Pierre d' Yvetot (in Yvetot) and Giverny (Musee des impressionnismes, Fondation Claude Monet, &more).
