Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Omis and Cetina River and Brela Beach. Froggyland and Galerija Mestrovic are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Kids will enjoy Sveti Jakov Beach and Srebreno Beach. Visiting Beach Kupari and Lopud Island will get you outdoors.
