The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Soča Valley and Peričnik Falls. Bring the kids along to Mala Osojnica and Ojstrica. Explore Bled's surroundings by going to Soča (Source of the Soča River & Great Soča Gorge), Kranjska Gora (Zgornjesavska Valley, Zelenci Nature Reserve, &more) and Italian Charnel House (in Kobarid). On the 4th (Fri), dedicate a day to the elevated beauty of Mount Triglav. Spend the 8th (Tue) exploring nature at Triglav National Park.
