With its seemingly endless sandy beach, an abundance of things to do, and family-friendly atmosphere, Broadbeach ranks among the Gold Coast's top holiday destinations.
Get some historical perspective at St Vincent's Catholic Church and Saint Augustine's Catholic Church. Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre and Ipswich Art Gallery are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Get out of town with these interesting Broadbeach side-trips: The Workshops Rail Museum (in Ipswich) and Tweed Regional Museum - Murwillumbah (in Murwillumbah). There's still lots to do: observe the fascinating underwater world at Sea World Theme Park, find something for the whole family at Infinity Attraction, enjoy the sand and surf at Burleigh Heads Beach, and see the interesting displays at Ripley's Believe It Or Not!
