Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: get engrossed in the history at Palace of Moon-like Stars (Sitorai-Mokhi-Khosa), then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Poi Kalyan Mosque, then take some stellar pictures from Great Minaret of the Kalon, and finally don't miss a visit to Trading Domes.

Take a train from Bukhara to Samarkand in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Traveling from Bukhara in July, you will find days in Samarkand are a bit cooler (40°C), and nights are about the same (24°C). Cap off your sightseeing on the 28th (Tue) early enough to travel to Khiva.
