My sister and I were so glad we toured with Roads to Rome Tours. The tour was fascinating and informative. Giovanni was so knowledgeable about Roman history. We toured the Vatican, St. Peter's Cathedral, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Angelo Castle. We learned and saw so much in a short amount of time. Giovanni was recommended to us and we are happy we toured with him.
When I first contacted Roads to Rome I spoke with Giovanni and he couldn't have been nicer. He was easy to talk to and open to putting together the perfect tour for us. My husband and I chose the Colosseum and Basilica San Clemente. I'd had an ankle injury just before our trip so there were sites we knew I wouldn't be able to get through. We had to rent a walker for me and Giovanni was so patient and helpful and made sure I was able to see everything possible in spite of the walker. The Colosseum was a true wonder, as was San Clemente. Giovanni met us in the lobby of our hotel early that morning. He took care of all the transportation arrangements and tickets. We went together in a taxi to the first site and that cost was included with the tour price. As were all tickets. We learned so many interesting things about both places and he had so many amazing stories. This was our first trip to Rome and we had waited years to see all the ruins. Giovanni made it worth the wait. It was a spectacular morning!! Thanks so much Roads to Rome Tours!!
