Palazzo Cesi-Armellini, sometimes known plainly as Palazzo Cesi, is a late Renaissance building in Rome, important for historical and architectural reasons. The palace, which should not be confused with Palazzo Cesi-Gaddi, Palazzo Muti-Cesi, or the destroyed Palazzo Cesi, placed also in Borgo near the southern Colonnade of St. Peter's square, is one of the few Renaissance buildings of the rione Borgo to have survived the destruction of the central part of the neighborhood due to the 20th century construction of Via della Conciliazione, the avenue leading to St. Peter's Basilica. Before you head to Rome, plan trip itinerary details with our user-friendly Rome tour planner, to make sure you see all that Rome has to offer, including Palazzo Cesi Armellini.
Palazzo Cesi Armellini Reviews
We were very impressed with the level of cleanliness in the hotel. All receptionist staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel was very quiet and relaxing, making it so easy to sleep. We would have liked a kettle in our room for making tea!
From the moment we made our online booking till we departed it was a first class service. We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who explained the everything we required to know about the hotel and then showed us to the lift. Our room was #205 which was very clean and the bed was excellent. buffet breakfast which had everything you would want and more. Coffee and pastries were available in the foyer from 9 till 11am every day . We experienced a mugging on our first day and the staff were very supportive and assisted us in the process of how to get emergency travel documents. There is a lovely sitting area which looks onto a lovely court yard which is floodlit. All in all this is an excellent hotel with excellent location to all the places of interest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone you will not be disappointed. One tip I would like to highlight and that is book early as this hotel is very popular. Personal thanks to all the staff 5 ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
