The Pastas of Southern Italy class was amazing! It was a fun and informative class, and Julia achieves her goal of making sure you have the knowledge to prepare the pasta on your own after the class..... more »
I had a great time at the chocolates making class. Warm welcome and very serious teaching in a totally relaxed atmosphere.
We had an amazing time in a private cooking class with Julia and Pino! We booked the 4 Roman Pastas class for our group of four and it was so much fun. We learned a ton, had fun doing it, and the consensus amongst us was that it was the best cooking class we'd taken. The experience was fun but the best part was feeling like I might actually be able to recreate these dishes on my own, from fresh pasta to traditional sauce. Will definitely take another class when I'm back!
