Ram Temple, Vashisht

Siting right across another traditional temple famous for its hot springs, Ram Temple attracts visitors with its intricate stone carvings. The legend has it that the two temples were built at the spot where Lord Vashisht--one of the seven sages of Hinduism--was found meditating after his children were killed. The hot springs allegedly sprung when Lord Lakshman, Lord Rama's brother, shot an arrow into the ground. Make Ram Temple a centerpiece of your Vashisht vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Vashisht route builder.
